Deborah Naish
Executive coach, author, and guide for leaders on the edge of what’s next
Hi! For over 40 years, I’ve been working with leaders to navigate the shifts that matter most—not just in their businesses, but in themselves.
I believe personal transformation drives organizational transformation. Whether you’re leading a Fortune 500 team, a dynamic nonprofit, or a fast-growth startup, the biggest growth often comes not from doing more but from shifting how you lead.
My own journey has taken me through leadership roles at The Clorox Company, The Walt Disney Company, and as CEO of a licensing and publishing firm. For over 25 years, through my firm, Naish Partners, I’ve had the privilege of coaching leaders across various industries to expand their clarity, courage, and capacity—especially in moments of change, complexity, or reinvention.
Level Up Your Leadership is the book I wish I’d had when I was navigating those same thresholds. It’s packed with stories, insights, actionable tools, and small shifts that help leaders rise—and help those around them rise, too.

A little more about me
I’m drawn to the ocean—its depth, movement, and quiet power—and it’s the inspiration behind the name Ocean Colors Press. When I’m not working with leaders, you’ll find me near the water, exploring, reflecting, and recharging.
